Weekly housekeeping, access to Commune Work our coworking space, the swimming pool and our gym are all part of life here, alongside member perks across Rose Apple Square.
And then there’s the social side: shared brunches and dinners, movie nights, workshops, outings in and outside Siem Reap and plenty of less-planned moments in between. You don’t need a packed calendar to build a community, sometimes it starts with cooking dinner together.

Morning coffee tastes better outside. Our balconies and outdoor spaces give you places to slow down, get some air and enjoy Siem Reap’s warmer pace of life. Rose Apple Square’s landscaped park is just downstairs when you want a little more green around you.

A swim before work. A workout after it. Or a lazy afternoon by the pool because you can. Housemates have access to the Rose Apple Square swimming pool, plus special rates at Bulldogs Fitness Center, our on-site gym.
Coworking Included
Living at Commune also gives you a place to work. Every Commune Live stay includes access to Commune Work, our coworking space downstairs, so your commute can be as short as the elevator ride.
Settle in for a focused day, take calls somewhere designed for work, and get to know another side of the Commune community along the way.
Life at Commune
Community isn’t
something we schedule
between 18:00 and 20:00.
It happens over shared dinners, weekend plans, movie nights, workshops, trips around and outside Siem Reap and the everyday moments in between. We create plenty of opportunities to meet, but leave enough space for friendships and routines to form on their own.
The idea is simple: arrive with your own life and find more to become part of while you’re here.

What is included in the monthly coliving rate?
Your monthly rate includes your fully furnished private room, utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping, access to the shared kitchen and lounge, swimming pool access, and a hotdesk at Commune Work.
Do rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes. Every room at Commune Live has its own private en-suite bathroom.
Do the rooms have a kitchen?
Each room has a small kitchenette for the essentials. Housemates also have access to our large shared kitchen and dining space for everyday cooking and shared meals.
Is Commune Live suitable for long-term stays?
Yes. Commune Live is designed for people staying for a month or longer. We offer monthly, three-month, six-month and twelve-month rates, with lower monthly pricing for longer stays.
Is there a minimum stay?
Our standard minimum stay is one month.
Is Commune Live only for digital nomads?
Not at all. Our community includes remote professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, people working locally and others choosing to spend part of their life in Siem Reap. What matters more is being comfortable living in a shared community.
Are there community events?
Yes. We regularly organize shared meals, workshops, outings, movie nights and other activities. There are also plenty of informal moments and spontaneous plans that happen naturally between housemates.
Is laundry available?
Yes. On-site laundry facilities are available for housemates.
Where is Commune Live located in Siem Reap?
Commune Live is located at Rose Apple Square in central Siem Reap, with cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday essentials nearby.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rate.
Are the rooms furnished?
Yes. Rooms are fully furnished and ready to move into, with a bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, air conditioning, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony.
