Community

Rose Apple Square is community first. While our housemates have their own private quarters, over half the home is shared. Unlike a hotel or apartment, housemates at Commune get to know each other, and we hope they will develop close and even long-term relationships.

In a shared space, be prepared to give and receive. The kitchen is shared, so expect conversations and friendships to form. Invitations to dinner might come your way, and don't be afraid to extend them too.

Safety

Your safety matters to us. With 24/7 reception and on-site security, there’s always someone around to support you, alongside CCTV monitoring and regular patrols across the property.

From sunrise trips to Angkor Wat to weekends at Kulen Mountain, life at Commune goes beyond your apartment. Join group outings, cultural visits like Artisans Angkor, potluck dinners, and relaxed social gatherings designed to bring people together and make living here more memorable.

Commune Work

Whether you’re working remotely or building something new, Commune gives you the space to focus. Enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi, quiet corners for deep work, and shared areas when you want to collaborate or change your pace. Beyond your room, you’ll also have included hot desk access at Commune Work, the city’s best co-working space.

House Upkeep

Our housekeeping team cleans common areas daily, including hallways, kitchen, lounge, and balconies. Residents are asked to tidy up after themselves in shared spaces. Private rooms receive weekly cleaning, linen, and towel changes. Extra cleaning is available upon request for a fee.

Resident Commitments

    By joining our community, either for a short time or for months or a year, you are choosing to be part of a larger whole. While we don’t require our residents to socialize or join events, it is part of who we are, and we are looking for people who are intentional about co-creating a community.
