Rose Apple Square is community first. While our housemates have their own private quarters, over half the home is shared. Unlike a hotel or apartment, housemates at Commune get to know each other, and we hope they will develop close and even long-term relationships.

Commune offers a productive and focused environment to fuel your career success. We provide everything you need to thrive, including ergonomic furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, private nooks for quiet concentration, and collaborative areas for brainstorming sessions.
House Upkeep
Our housekeeping team cleans common areas daily, including hallways, kitchen, lounge, and balconies. Residents are asked to tidy up after themselves in shared spaces. Private rooms receive weekly cleaning, linen, and towel changes. Extra cleaning is available upon request for a fee.
